The AIA UK Chapter and Beale & Company cordially invite you to the launch reception of the new AIA UK Legal Helpline and a discussion on how the new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 affect you.  There will also be a workshop session where you can discuss any particular questions you might have with the Beale & Company legal team.  Drinks and canapés will be provided.

The new CDM 2015 regulations introduced several important concepts, including the new role of “Principal Designer”.  Following a transitional period for existing projects, the new regulations will apply to all construction projects in Great Britain, including domestic projects, from 6 October 2015.  

As well as being on hand to answer your queries, Beale & Company will discuss the potentially onerous consequences of non-compliance, the newly introduced role of Principal Designer and offer practical tips for Members working under the new regulations.
